All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we are generally unable to offer refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
Once a digital product has been delivered and accessed, the sale is considered complete and no refund will be issued. This policy exists because digital files, unlike physical goods, cannot be returned.
02 — Technical IssuesIf you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@eugeniesay.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly — including resending the file or providing it in an alternative format.
03 — Duplicate PurchasesIf you have accidentally purchased the same product more than once, please contact us within 48 hours of the duplicate transaction. We will verify the purchase and issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
04 — ExceptionsWe review all refund requests individually and reserve the right to make exceptions at our sole discretion in cases of exceptional circumstances. To submit a request, contact us with your order details and a brief description of your situation.
